This policy applies to anyone who visits jbfuels.in, places an order online or over phone or WhatsApp, or contacts us about a fuel delivery. If you click out to Google Maps or our payment gateway, those are separate services with their own privacy policies — this one does not cover them.

2. What We Collect

We only collect what we actually need to deliver fuel and issue proper invoices. Here is what that typically includes:

• Your name, mobile number, email address, and company or firm name if applicable.
• Delivery address, city, PIN code, landmark, preferred slot, and any site access details you share with us like gate timings.
• Order details: quantity, price per litre, delivery fee, order number, invoice amount, and payment status.
• GSTIN or billing name if you need a GST invoice.
• Messages and instructions you send us over WhatsApp, email, or phone related to your order.
• Feedback or rating you submit after a delivery, linked to your order number.
• Basic website access logs for security purposes.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not ask for your Aadhaar number, PAN, bank login credentials, or OTPs — through our website, over phone, or by any other means. We do not track your GPS location unless you share a map pin with us yourself. We do not collect information from anyone under 18.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use what you share with us only to run our delivery service and meet our legal obligations. Specifically:

• To confirm, schedule, and complete your diesel delivery, including routing the tanker.
• To send you order confirmations, invoice copies, and delivery updates by email.
• To call or WhatsApp you about your slot, tanker arrival time, or any access issue at your site.
• To confirm that ratings submitted on our site are from actual customers.
• To maintain billing and payment records for business account customers.
• To meet our GST, petroleum supply, and other legal requirements.
• To investigate if something goes wrong or if there is potential misuse of our service.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it for marketing. The only situations where we share your information are:

• Our service partners who help us run the business, such as hosting and email systems. They are bound to keep your data confidential.
• Our payment gateway, which receives only what is needed to process your payment.
• Our drivers and dispatch team, who get just your name, mobile number, and delivery address.
• Government or legal authorities, only when required by law or a court order.
• A successor business if we ever restructure or merge, under the same privacy obligations.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep order records, invoices, and related information for as long as our GST and accounting obligations require under Indian law — generally six to eight years. Enquiries that did not lead to an order are kept for a shorter time. If you ask us to delete information we are not required to keep, we will do so after verifying your identity.

7. How We Protect It

We limit who in our team can access customer data and keep our systems secure. That said, no internet-based system is 100% guaranteed. Please use a secure connection when placing orders and never share OTPs or payment details with anyone claiming to be from JB Fuels — we will never ask for these.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections if something is wrong, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. You can also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

9. Website Storage

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking scripts. Our website remembers only your display preference between visits so you do not have to reset it each time. We do not run third-party ads on jbfuels.in and do not profile your browsing for any commercial purpose.

We may update this policy if our practices change or if the law requires it. The latest version is always at jbfuels.in/privacy. If you continue using our service after an update, that means you are okay with the revised policy.

11. Applicable Law and Contact
