1. Who We Are

JB Fuels is the trading name of Jai Bhavani Fuel Station, an authorised HPCL dealer for bulk High Speed Diesel (HSD) supply. We are based in Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy, Telangana and serve customers across Greater Hyderabad and nearby industrial zones. You can reach us through jbfuels.in/contact.

2. Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a valid contract under Indian law. When you place an order, you confirm that the diesel is for lawful commercial, industrial, agricultural, or standby power use at the address provided, and that your storage setup meets applicable petroleum safety requirements.

We supply bulk diesel by tanker only. We do not deliver petrol in cans or for private vehicle refuelling.

Please do not misuse our website or services for fraudulent orders, price manipulation, or anything that violates the law.

3. Placing an Order

You can place an order on jbfuels.in, by calling our dispatch team, or on WhatsApp. The minimum order is 200 litres unless we have agreed otherwise in writing for your account.

The price shown at checkout is based on the current HPCL Hyderabad depot rate. Depot rates can change. If the rate changes before we confirm your order, we will let you know the new price and confirm with you before moving ahead.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order number (for example, JBF-2026-XXXXXXXX), a confirmation email, and an invoice. Our dispatch team may call you to confirm the slot, site access, and payment before scheduling the tanker.

4. Pricing and Payment

Your total is the quantity in litres multiplied by the confirmed price per litre. A delivery fee of ₹850 applies for orders below 1,500 litres. Orders of 1,500 litres or more get free delivery within our standard service area. For locations that need extended travel or special access, we will give you a separate quote.

We accept UPI and debit or credit cards online through our payment gateway. Business customers with a credit account can pay by bank transfer as per their written agreement with us. Invoices are raised based on the billing details you give us at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

We cover Greater Hyderabad, Shamshabad, the ORR corridors, and select industrial and commercial areas nearby. We may decline orders outside our service area or where the tanker cannot be routed safely.

Delivery slots — ASAP, same-day, next-day morning, or a scheduled time — are our best estimates, not guaranteed commitments. We will call or WhatsApp you when the tanker is dispatched and again when the driver is close. If we miss a slot for reasons on our side, the Cancellation and Refunds section below will apply.

You are responsible for making sure the tanker can access your site safely, that someone authorised is present to receive the delivery, and that your storage tank is ready. Please tell us about any gate passes, security clearances, or timing restrictions when you book.

All fuel comes from HPCL-authorised depots and is delivered in licensed tankers. Our team does an on-site density check and meter reading at the time of delivery. We unload only into the storage facility you confirmed at booking.

Delivery is complete once the unloading is done and the authorised person at your site signs the Proof of Delivery (POD). Risk in the fuel passes to you from that point.

If we cannot complete delivery for reasons on our side and no fuel has entered your storage, we will reschedule or refund as described below. Delays due to traffic, weather, depot constraints, or other things outside our control do not make us liable for indirect losses. We will tell you the next available slot as soon as we can.

6. Fuel Quality and Quantity

All fuel we supply comes through authorised HPCL channels and goes through standard quality checks before dispatch. We stand behind what we deliver.

If you have a concern about quality or quantity, raise it with the delivery driver immediately and report it to our dispatch team before the tanker leaves your site. That is when it can be checked properly with the evidence on hand. Once the tanker has left and the POD is signed, the delivery is treated as accepted for the quantity shown and the visible condition of the fuel — except for any billing error on our part. Your rights under Indian consumer and commercial law for defects that could not have been spotted at the time of delivery are not affected by this.

7. No Cancellations or Refunds

All orders placed with JB Fuels are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed, and we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Fuel is a perishable commodity and cannot be returned once dispatched or delivered.

If our tanker is unable to reach your site on the scheduled date due to reasons on our side, we will arrange a reschedule at the earliest available slot. No refund will be issued in this case either.

By placing an order and completing payment, you accept these terms in full.

8. Using Our Website

Everything on jbfuels.in — text, images, branding — belongs to or is licensed by Jai Bhavani Fuel Station. You are welcome to use the site to place orders and get information about our services. You may not copy, scrape, or use our content for any commercial purpose without written permission. Automated access or impersonation of our brand is not allowed.

9. Privacy

The way we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy at jbfuels.in/privacy. By using our services, you agree to that Policy.

10. Our Liability

If something goes wrong, our liability for any single delivery will not exceed the invoice value of that delivery. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, production downtime, or business interruption — except where Indian law does not allow us to exclude such liability.

Nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that Indian law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be settled in the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, subject to any consumer forum rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at jbfuels.in/terms. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
