1. Eligibility & Service Area
JB Fuels provides bulk HSD diesel delivery services to commercial and industrial customers within Greater Hyderabad and specified surrounding districts. Orders are accepted from registered businesses, proprietorships, and individuals with a minimum order of 200 litres. We reserve the right to decline orders outside our service area or below the minimum quantity.
2. Pricing & Payment
Fuel prices are based on the prevailing HPCL Hyderabad depot rate at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change without prior notice in line with government-revised depot prices. All prices displayed are exclusive of GST (18%), which will be added at the time of billing. A delivery fee of ₹850 applies for orders below 1,500 litres; delivery is free at or above that quantity. Payment is accepted via UPI, NEFT/RTGS, and credit/debit cards. Business account credit terms (7–30 days) are available after credit verification.
3. Delivery & Scheduling
Estimated delivery times are indicative and subject to availability, traffic, and operational conditions. JB Fuels shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers must ensure a safe and accessible delivery point. Our drivers are authorised to decline delivery if site conditions pose a safety risk. A digital Proof of Delivery (POD) signed at the time of delivery constitutes final confirmation of quantity received.
4. Fuel Quality
All fuel is sourced directly from authorised HPCL depots and transported in sealed, PESO-certified tankers. A density test and certified 5-litre quantity verification are performed at the delivery site. Claims regarding fuel quality or quantity must be raised at the time of delivery before the tanker departs. No claims will be entertained after the driver has left the site and the POD has been signed.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 2 hours before the confirmed delivery window. Cancellations received within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time may attract a ₹200 handling fee. If you arrange recurring deliveries through us, those schedules may be paused or cancelled via WhatsApp or email with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
JB Fuels' liability in connection with any delivery shall not exceed the invoice value of that specific delivery. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to equipment damage, business interruption, or loss of profit.
7. Privacy Policy
JB Fuels collects and processes your name, phone number, email address, and delivery location solely for the purpose of fulfilling your fuel order and communicating delivery updates. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required for delivery operations or by law. Order and invoice records are retained for 7 years as required by GST regulations. To request deletion of your personal data, contact us at the email below.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
