1. About us

JB Fuels is the commercial brand of Jai Bhavani Fuel Station, an authorised HPCL dealer supplying bulk high-speed diesel (HSD) with PESO-aligned transport practices. Our place of business is in Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy, Telangana. Contact details are on jbfuels.in/contact and at the end of this page.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a supply contract. Diesel must be for lawful use at the address you provide — typically commercial, industrial, agricultural, or backup power — with storage that meets applicable petroleum and safety rules.

We supply bulk HSD in tankers. We do not offer retail petrol in cans or home delivery of petrol for private vehicle refuelling, which is restricted under Indian petroleum rules.

You may not use our website for false orders, pricing abuse, harassment of staff, or unauthorised access to our systems.

3. Orders and confirmation

Orders may be placed on jbfuels.in, by phone, or on WhatsApp. The minimum quantity is 200 litres unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The price per litre at checkout follows the latest HPCL Hyderabad depot rate in our system. If the rate changes before your order is accepted, you may need to refresh and confirm the updated figure.

When we accept your booking you receive an order reference (for example JBF-2026-XXXXXXXX), email confirmation, and invoice. Dispatch may call to confirm slot, site access, and payment.

4. Pricing and payment

Charges are litres × confirmed rate, plus a delivery fee of ₹850 on orders below 1,500 litres. Delivery is free at or above 1,500 litres within our standard service area unless we quote otherwise for distance or access.

We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS, and cards where enabled. Approved business accounts may receive 7–30 day credit terms. Invoices reflect the billing details you supply at order time.

5. Delivery

We deliver in Greater Hyderabad, Shamshabad, ORR corridors, and selected nearby industrial areas. We may decline orders outside practical tanker routing or where delivery permissions are unclear.

Delivery slots (ASAP, same-day, next morning, or a chosen date) are targets, not guaranteed arrival times. We will call or WhatsApp before the tanker leaves and when the driver is nearing your site.

You must provide safe tanker access, an authorised receiver, and a compliant receiving tank. Share gate passes or security requirements in advance. Our driver may refuse or pause unloading if the site is unsafe or inaccessible.

Fuel is carried in authorised tankers from HPCL supply channels. We perform an on-site density check and five-litre quantity verification where applicable. Unloading is into your designated tank only.

Completion is recorded on proof of delivery (POD) signed at site. Risk passes to you when unloading is complete and acknowledged, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

If we cannot complete delivery for reasons on our side and no fuel entered your storage, we will work with you on reschedule or refund as in section 7. Delays from weather, roads, depot supply, or other events outside reasonable control are not grounds for indirect damages; we will communicate the next available slot.

6. Fuel quality and quantity

Raise any quality or quantity concern with the driver and dispatch before the tanker leaves. After the tanker departs and POD is signed, the delivery is treated as accepted except for billing errors we verify in our records.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Diesel poured into your tank cannot be returned to our tanker. Your protection is the on-site checks and raising issues before we leave.

Cancel or reschedule free of charge if we receive your request at least two hours before the agreed window and the tanker has not been dispatched. Contact dispatch with your order number.

Cancellation within two hours of the window, or after the tanker is routed to you, may attract a ₹200 handling fee. If the tanker arrives but cannot unload due to your site (no access, no receiver, unsafe conditions), the trip may still be chargeable as agreed with dispatch.

If we cancel before delivery and you prepaid, we refund the amount paid. Refunds may also apply for duplicate payment, our failure to deliver with no fuel transferred, or a verified invoice error — not for disputes over prevailing depot prices.

We do not refund fuel already acknowledged on POD, late cancellations, or failed access due to wrong or incomplete details you provided.

Refund requests: email dispatch@jbfuels.in with order number, phone, and payment details. Approved refunds are processed in seven to ten business days to the original payment method. No cash refunds at site.

Credit-account customers receive adjustments on invoice or statement per their agreement.

8. Website

Site content is owned by or licensed to us. You may use it to place orders and read information. Do not scrape, copy, or misrepresent our brand. Admin access is for staff only.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at jbfuels.in/privacy. By using the site you acknowledge that policy.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any single delivery shall not exceed the invoice value of that delivery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit or production downtime, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury from negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liability under Indian law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms on the website from time to time. Continued use or new orders after an update are subject to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum that applies to you.
